Can I see the actual home before I sign?
Yes. If the home you want is vacant and ready, we will walk you through that exact unit — not a lookalike. If it is still occupied or being turned, we will show you the same floor plan and tell you when yours will be ready.
Is there room for a full-size washer and dryer?
Yes. Both plans have a dedicated 6-by-3-foot laundry room off the living area with full-size connections — not a stacked closet in the hallway.
Can I choose my building or floor?
Where we have more than one home open in the plan you want, yes — tell your leasing specialist whether you would rather be upstairs or on the ground floor and we will show you what is available.
Is there covered parking?
