Before you visit
How long does a tour take?
Plan on about 30 minutes to see an available home and walk the grounds. Self-guided tours can be shorter if you are on a schedule.
Can I tour on a Sunday?
Sundays are by appointment. Send a request through the form and we will find a time.
Can someone tour on my behalf?
Absolutely. Live video tours are available too if you are relocating and cannot get out to Montgomery before you sign.
What should I bring if I want to apply the same day?
A government-issued photo ID and proof of income (recent pay stubs or an offer letter). Everything else can be completed online.
