The community is zoned to Montgomery ISD, a district families move to Montgomery County for. Campus assignments are set by the district — confirm your address before signing.
Historic downtown Montgomery
The birthplace of the Texas flag, six minutes away: local restaurants, antique shops, coffee, and a walkable square that still hosts weekend markets and festivals.
Lake Conroe
Twelve minutes to the water. Boat ramps, lakeside dining, marinas and golf are all part of an ordinary Saturday out here.
Roads that actually work
TX-105 and FM 149 connect you to TX-249 (the Aggie Expressway) and I-45 without crawling through neighborhood streets — The Woodlands in about 25 minutes, Conroe in 20.
Room to breathe
Piney Woods, ranch land and state park trails are all within a short drive. Montgomery still has open sky and quiet streets, which is most of why people move out here.

TX-249 opened up the run south, and I-45 handles everything north. Whether you work in The Woodlands, Conroe or at the kitchen table, the commute stays reasonable.
